Getting Started

    The broadcasting module allows you to quickly notify the contacts you have already entered in Candle with a text or phone call. To enable broadcasting on your account, contact Olive Tree Software support. Per company policy, we only enable broadcasting hosted accounts.

    Enabling Broadcasting
    If you've had Olive Tree support enable broadcasting on your system, you are ready to assign users the privilege the creating broadcasts.
    1. Go to Setup > Authorized Users.
    2. Click the user you'd like to authorize.
    3. Check the Broadcast box, then click Save.
    This user will now be able to access the broadcasting module.
