Retrieving Backups From a Locked System

Sometimes you may wish to retrieve a backup from a system where the license key has run out. Is this possible?
Yes! You are the sole owner of your information, and may retrieve it whether or not the system has a valid key.

The backups page does not require a license key to access it. In your web browser, go to the Candle homepage. On the homepage, go to the address bar across the top of your screen, and add /setup/backups to the Candle address. It should read something like this: https://yourschool.candle.school/setup/backups. Then hit enter. This will take you to the backups page.
