We simply mark existing fathers as on the board.
Marking a Father as a Board Member
1. First, edit an existing family. (Contacts > Families > Family Name)
2. Find the Contact Groups for the father. This section displays all the groups this father belongs to. (e.g. Parents, Pastoral Advisors, and/or Board Member, etc.)
3. Click Add Role below the table, then select Board Members in the first dropdown, and his role in the second. If he is an assistant, check the box. provided. Term starting and ending dates can also be chosen. If you would like to provide the consecutive terms, an input is also provided for this.
When you are completed, click Save at the top of the page, or press Ctrl + S.
Running the Board Member Report
To view board members for the school...
1. Click Reports in the sidebar.
2. Find the Contact Lists section and click the Board Members report.
3. All the current members will appear on the report. To show or hide the church and/or conference, use the checkboxes on the right.
