Report Designer Introduction

    By incorporating Telerik's Reporting system into Candle, we have developed a powerful reporting solution with almost limitless abilities. You are welcome to try editing your own reports, but we urge caution in the process!! If you have a report you would like custom or have an idea, take a look at our Design Services section below.

    Editing a Report

    Click the pencil icon the report tile in the list to edit a report. This opens the report designer.
    Designer Section
    In the middle of the area, you will see several tiles that resemble a skeleton of the report. This is where the framework is laid for layout of the report. Fields can be dragged around and sizes tweaked here.
    Properties
    After selecting an element, the properties window in the bottom right shows the various properties. Here the styling value and other things can be adjusted.
    Other Changes
    We would only advise changing styling, etc. The report designer is an incredibly powerful tool with potentially detrimental effects. Please proceed with caution!

    Design Services

    Olive Tree Software will tweak/design reports for you at a rate of $48/hour. (standard tech support)
    We are also open to report ideas or suggestions free of charge! And if we think you have a good idea, we may even design it for you and you can receive it months before the schools do. Wouldn't that be something?
